
MADE IN ISRAEL. WE MASH MALTED BARLEY & LOCAL WHEAT WITH FRESH SPRING AND FWELL WATER FROM THE GOLAN HEIGHTS. YEAST IS ADDED TO BEGIN A SIXTY HOUR FERMENTATION. THE WASH IS THEN DOUBLE DISTILLED IN COPPER POT STILLS, WITH WORM TUB CONDENSERS. THIS WHISKY WAS MATURED IN A 225L NEW CHARRED AMERICAN OAK BARREL.
